Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ebaybiznesarm@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
